How to Delete Your Account & Data

BillVerse provides an in-app self-service account deletion feature for signed-in users. You may request deletion in two ways:

1. In-app self-service (recommended): Sign in → "Account" → "Settings" → "Danger Zone" at the bottom → enter your current password and type DEACTIVATE to confirm → your account is deactivated immediately.
2. Contact support: If you cannot sign in, call our official hotline at 852-29038366 and provide your registered business email for identity verification; our support team will assist you.

What Happens After Deletion

• Your company profile (name, contacts, phone, registration number, address, KYC documents) will be anonymized;
• All your bills will be taken down and no longer displayed in the market;
• Your favorites and personal preference data will be cleared;
• Sign-in will be frozen and you will no longer be able to use the Platform;
• The account identifier (registered email) cannot be re-registered afterwards.

Data Retention Notice

For audit and compliance purposes (accounting, anti-fraud and regulatory retention obligations), operation logs, review records and business vouchers are retained for at least 7 years from creation and cannot be deleted during that period; after that they are deleted or anonymized. All other personal data is deleted or anonymized upon deactivation.
